Global Debut on the Horizon: Realme 12 Pro and Realme 12 Pro+ Surface on TDRA Radar

The imminent launch of the Realme 12 Pro and Realme 12 Pro+ is anticipated as the brand progresses through the certification process in diverse markets

While the phones were initially identified in Indian and Indonesian certifications, their names have now been officially confirmed through the TDRA listing in the UAE.

In India, the phones are expected to present stiff competition to Redmi’s Note 13 series.

The global debut of the upcoming Realme 12 Pro series appears to be in the works, as the phones have recently received certification once again. Coinciding with the scheduled January 4th launch of the Redmi Note 13 series in India and its global counterpart, Realme seems poised to enter the competition by introducing its own mid-range series.

Realme 12 Pro and Realme 12 Pro+ have successfully passed the TDRA certification in the UAE.

The forthcoming Realme 12 Pro series from Realme has recently obtained TRDA certification, as reported by Gizmochina. This isn’t the initial sighting of these models on certification platforms, as the series had been previously listed on India’s BIS and Indonesia’s TKDN portals.

The TDRA certification aligns with an earlier unconfirmed source, validating the model names. The Realme 12 Pro+ is linked to the RMX3840 model number, anticipated to showcase a telephoto zoom camera. Meanwhile, the Realme 12 Pro is associated with the RMX3842 model number.

The recent certification listings suggest a potential unveiling within the next few months. This timing follows a pattern, as there was approximately an 8-month gap between the introduction of the Realme 10 Pro and the Realme 11 Pro series. Anticipated to be strong contenders, these phones are expected to closely compete with Redmi’s offerings in their home country of China.
